Program aims to help new University of Cincinnati doctors succeed

Being a doctor is as much about the art of communication as the science of medicine. New residents at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center are tested on both skillsets through the "BRACK," which identifies strengths and weaknesses as they enter full-time medical practice for the first time.
