In our Southern-tier counties, there is the slight possibility of a few light rain showers scraping in. A center of low pressure is moving through Illinois into Indiana today and s pumping in moisture into parts of Michigan, Illinois, and Southern Wisconsin. Most of hte area will remain dry. Moving into the weekend, there will be an increase cloud presence but it appears that the latest trends are point towards the chance of showers or thunderstorms being removed from the area. Data is now showing the storm system moving just south for most of us, but we could still see a stray shower on Saturday or Sunday. Most of your weekend looks fine.
