The Holy Spirit Is God’s Presence: Psa.51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. 139:7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? 104:29-30 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust. Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

The Spirit of God is a person because personal pronouns, functions and attributes are applied to him: Rom.8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. 1 Cor.12:11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. Acts 21:11 …Thus saith the Holy Ghost Heb.3:7 Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith… 1 Ki.22:24 …Which way went the Spirit of the Lord from me to speak unto thee? The Holy Ghost is God because divine attributes are shown to be his, Heb.9:14 … the eternal Spirit: Acts 5:3-4 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? …why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. Mk.3:28-9 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.

Omniscience- 1 Cor.2:10-11 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God… even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Omnipotence- Psalm.104:30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth. Zech.4:6 … Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Job 33:4 The spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.

Omnipresence- Psa.139:7-10 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. Rom.8:26-7 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
