Driver accused of killing family of five takes the stand

Daniel Greis says he takes some responsibility for the crash that killed five members of the Pollit family last year. Greis took the stand in the murder trial Friday. Police say he was speeding, driving drunk and high when he hit the Pollit family's car. In court, Greis admitted to smoking marijuana the morning of the crash. He said he smokes pot for back pain but doesn't smoke that much and does not get high.
