Step by Step—In Step with Heaven!

In Matthew 7:24-27 AMPC version has Jesus speaking at the conclusion of what is commonly known as the Sermon on the Mount concerning the wise and the foolish builders. Jesus presents this parable to teach us that everyone who hears and acts on His words he likens to the wise man. His implication is that His words must be put into practice for the person to be considered wise by Him.

The words of Jesus impart the full weight of everything that God has planned for your life—they are your strong foundation. Isaiah 28:16 further states that God is placing the foundation stone, firm and tested. The precious cornerstone that is safe to build on and whoever believes need never be shaken. Jesus is safe to build on! God has called us to be unshakeable and we are just waiting on our battle orders from Heaven! We’ll follow them step by step!
