HOW TO BE THANKFUL IN TOUGH TIMES
Philippians 4:6-8
Step # 1 : Worry about nothing
Step # 2 : Pray about everything
Step # 3 : Thank God in all things
Step # 4 : Think about the right things

“Give thanks IN all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:16)

GIVING THANKS IN TOUGH TIMES
(1) Habakkuk in Habakkuk 3:17-18
His rejoicing is not based on his circumstances or his feelings
(2) David in Psalm 57:1-6
(3) Paul in Philippians 1:18
Rejoiced in spite of his circumstances & feelings.

Give Thanks In Tough Times Because
Of who God is (Psalm 106:1)
Of what God has done (James 1:17)
In God we have hope and a future (1 Pet 1:6)
God can bless us in difficulties (Rom. 8:28)
5. God gives us the strength to do so
(Mark 14:38)
