If this video is guilty of impersonation as you claim, then the entire Bad Lip Reading channel is guilty and should be removed as well. But we both know this is not about “impersonation”, this video places / puts your false idols Fauci and Gates in a bad light and disparages the real master of Youtube Xi Jinping.
