Did Tim Bradley Cross the Line by Calling Out Boxing Dads?

In an interview, I did last week with Timothy Bradley, Tim spoke of his disdain for the current state of boxing. Tim talked about how boxing Dads are ruining the sport with their antics.

Tim said he didn't appreciate how Brian Norman celebrated when Boots fought Karen, but Brian Norman was afraid to make the Boots fight happen.

"He celebrated like his son beat Boots. When Norman Jr had the opportunity to fight Boots, Norman Sr started talking about taxes, and percentages." These Boxing dads make me sick, and they are ruining their son's lives—end Quote.

Some people feel Tim crossed the line with his criticism. Some people think boxing Dads are needed in the sport because they bring excitement to boxing. I like to hear boxing dads talk that sh*t.

Why? Because their sons don't know how to sell themselves in the modern-day era. If it weren't for the personalities of some of these dads, these fighters wouldn't have any buzz.

Some people say some boxing dads are living their lives vicariously through their sons. They may have a point. Some fans feel boxing dads want to be famous, this is why they're all in the videos like Diddy.

The way I look at it, the mainstream media outlets like ESPN, and DAZN are not interested in these boxing dads. YouTube podcast allows boxing dads to get their voices heard.

Are some of these dads more popular on YouTube than their sons? Absolutely! Do some of these boxing dads want attention from the fans? Absolutely! But boxing dads are entertaining, and that's what it's about.

It's more interesting talking with boxing dads than talking to their sons. I agree with Tim on this one thing. These fighters are grown men. They are not kids.

If you have a son in his 20s, he's a grown man, not a kid, or a child. Let's look at the comments to see what the people had to say about Timothy Bradley's comments.
