Malaga & Valencia Deliberate Genocide Against Innocent Civilians

These avalanches of water are not caused by rain, but by the opening or breaking of artificial dams or natural plugs that cause large trees and debris, as we saw in Valencia. The overflow of a river or a dam produces progressive, not instantaneous, increases in the flow of water.
