1 cup Rice - Healthy Breakfast Recipe | Easy Breakfast Recipe | No Soda Instant Recipe

In this video, we're sharing one of our favorite healthy breakfast recipes! This recipe uses just one cup of rice and is really easy to make. It doesn't require any fermentation, and can be made in a hurry in the morning once you soak the rice at night. So be sure to give this recipe a try!

Ingredients:

Raw rice/white rice - 1 cup
Potato - 1 peeled & grated
Carrot - 3tbsp
Capsicum - 3tbsp
Cabbage - 3tbsp
Onion - 3 tbsp
Tomato - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - Few
Salt to taste
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup
Oil for roasting

Tempering

Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera/ cumin - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 1 chopped
Ginger - 1tsp chopped
Curry leaves - 10
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Sesame seed /til - 1tsp
