The incident occurred following Tomarelli's consumption of Michelob Ultra in a public setting. During her arrest, law enforcement officers discovered she was in possession of a THC vape pen. As a result, she faces charges for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.
