Barking Dogs or Silent Dogs?

A silent watchdog is worthless. God’s leaders are called to speak up and declare the truth with love. Sadly, too many leaders remain silent in the face of evil and claim that confrontation is not loving. Or is it fear of man or losing church members, or diminished budgets?
