  I loved it!! Our Dollar General has wheels that lock up out in the parking lot if they cross a line (It was not set up for theft. ) But I should have thought about that for all the theft that is going on. It was brilliant!

Walgreens says they will gradually close its stores in CA. The store in my neighborhood said all their carts have been stolen. I have even stood next to a man that was shoving products into his backpack.
