Maj. Gen. RIchard Mills, commanding general of Regional Command Southwest talks to members of the Female Engagement Team aboard Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan. The females here are deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan with the 1st Marine Division (Forward) Female Engagement Team. Mills talks about the effect the FET is having on the area of operation.
