Attorney argues with Judge Boyd over Zoom link!!!

Today we’re in Judge Boyd’s courtroom for a tense argument between the judge and a defense attorney. The tension begins when the attorney comes into the courtroom and asks to approach the bench. The judge says no, that cases are being called in order of appearance. The attorney presses regarding an issue her client is having with Zoom. She accuses the judge of issuing a “bond forfeiture,” which the judge denies. (A bond forfeiture “occurs when a person is required to show up for court on either a personal bond or a surety bond, and they fail to show up for that court date” according to BlackburnBetts.com). Later, the attorney reappears, and the judge sternly tells the attorney that she doesn't need to come into the courtroom angry and accusatory. The attorney argues back saying that the judge's instructions are a repeated problem for people. The judge argues back louder saying no, that the instructions are clearly explained.
