The pilots of the Russian MiG-29K carrier-based fighters practiced combat maneuvers

Pilots of MiG-29K carrier-based fighters have practiced combat training maneuvers in the airspace of the Arctic

Fighter pilots of a separate naval fighter aviation regiment of the mixed aviation corps of the Northern Fleet have practiced combat training maneuvers in the airspace of the Arctic.

During the training flights, the crews of MiG-29K fighters practiced elements of combat maneuvering, as well as flights for simple and complex aerobatics at various altitudes.

Pilots from among the young recruits took part in the flights. In accordance with their flight assignments, they performed actions to detect and intercept an unmanageable aerial target, as well as other elements of simple aerobatics at medium and low altitudes.

During the flight shift, difficult meteorological conditions were observed, which required the pilots to concentrate their attention as much as possible and apply additional piloting skills.

It should be noted that before starting flights in difficult meteorological conditions, pilots go through the stages of theoretical and ground training, then before the flight, the pilots work out their flight tasks "on foot in flight".

Such a fighter pilot training complex helps to simulate actions during a flight mission, as well as during various maneuvers in the air in the conditions of the Far North.
