Lucis Trust, the custodian of the Alice Bailey occult writings, was incorporated originally as the Lucifer Publishing Company.
In 1924 they changed their name to the somewhat less obvious "Lucis Trust."
The organisation has close ties with the United Nations and has freely lobbied for the creation of a "New World Order."
