Paul’s journey to Jerusalem continues in today’s scripture reading (Acts 21). Paul arrived in Caesarea, and a prophet named Agabus journeyed there to warn the apostle that in Jerusalem, he would be bound and delivered over “into the hands of the Gentiles” (Acts 21:11). Paul answered, saying, “I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus” (Acts 21:13).
