Navy Patient Tracker supporting his injured Marines

Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Jeremy Butts, is a patient tracker for 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment. The corpsman works at the 115th Combat Support Hospital on Camp Dwyer, in Helmand province, Afghanistan, helping wounded Marines as they transition through different levels of medical care in the field.
