Steve ended up in Oak Ridge Mental Institution in Ontario, Canada after being arrested for stealing a car while on 2 tabs of acid and was thrust into a nightmare world of LSD experimentation, torture, human AND drug trafficking, genocide and international intelligence intrigue and lived to tell the tale.
