The concept around ceruledge ex from surging sparks should be familiar at this point. Discard a lot of something to increase your damage to ridiculous levels. In this case the aim is to discard lots of energies and we have plenty of ways to do that with the current card pool. This is a very turbo strategy by nature only amplified by ceruledge ex being only a stage 1 pokemon so it's not that difficult to bring out.
