I first got blood in my elbows and shoulders with a Minute Plus each of Banded Triceps Pushdowns and Banded Pull-Aparts before my first few actual pressing warmup sets
-
Once sufficiently prepared, I did 5 working sets of triples for strength-skill work. I payed extra attention to gripping the dumbbells hard, keeping my chest up, torso tight and butt on the bench to cultivate as great a leg-drive into the ground as possible
