More two-tier justice as Kurd Amin gets a slap on the wrist for "appalling" racial slurs used during an unprovoked attack on a Jewish man. It was seen as a hate crime. He has a previous conviction for ABH.
Leeds Magistrates' gave him 120 hours of unpaid work &ordered Amin to pay £199 in costs.
