Episode 2: Taking a Breath

After narrowly escaping an ambush, Evan and Mia find themselves pursued by both the police and mysterious assailants. With tensions running high, Evan takes a risky detour off the highway, bumping down a rocky hill and doubling back on an alternate route. The daring escape shakes Mia’s confidence momentarily, but her excitement and trust in Evan’s instincts shine through.

As they catch their breath, Evan finally has a chance to take in Mia’s bold, wiry presence, her mischievous yet vulnerable energy. Similarly, Mia begins to see Evan as more than just a reluctant accomplice, admiring his willingness to trust her instincts and act decisively. Their bond deepens, but the danger is far from over.
