Lincoln Park woman looking for lost service dog

A Lincoln Park woman with cerebral palsy is looking for her service dog who ran away on Monday. Rachel Kosowski said she believes someone may have him after seeing a neighbor's surveillance system showing a man on a moped picking Snowball up from off the street.
