Wrong Turn (2003)
A group of young adults on a road trip through the West Virginia wilderness end up stranded deep in the woods. As they search for help, they discover they are not alone and are being hunted by a family of deformed, cannibalistic mountain men who know the terrain far better than they do. With the forest becoming a deadly maze, the group must fight for their lives, using their wits and courage to survive.
