The German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has called Vladimir Putin in a bid to engage him into a conversation regarding Ukraine. Vladimir Putin has outlined the terms which are acceptable to Russia and The West will not pick it up with Sergey Lavrov in Brazil, on the 18th of November, during the G20 Summit.
