[052] Dingle Single Malt Batch Number 6 (with Hyde #7 and Redbreast PX)

The last of 3 bottles that I picked up from Hard To Find Whisky last month is Dingle Single Malt Batch Number 6. This is the last of a series of six different releases by the Dingle Distillery, all of them limited releases. Batch Number 6 is finished in port casks, which is somewhat unique in the Irish whisky world There are plenty of offerings finished in bourbon and sherry casks. But very few are finished in port casks. In fact, there is nothing on my shelf I can use to make a true exact comparison! I'll take down the bottle of Hyde #7 and Redbreast PX for a close approximation, but really, neither of them will be spot on comparisons.
