The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 or FISA, as amended, establishes procedures for the authorization of electronic surveillance, use of pen registers and trap and trace devices, physical searches, and business records for the purpose of gathering foreign intelligence.

Sounds like a great weapon to protect National Security right? Well the Intelligence apparatus saw FISA as a great weapon to use on anyone that poses a threat to the deep state. Ignoring the Fourth Amendment and using FISA to target American citizens. FISA Abuse Must End.
