Why are the majority of working doctors and nurses remaining silent about the Covid hoax?

Are they so incompetent they don’t understand or are they in on the Covid hoax?

Doctors and nurses have had 4 years to determine the truth about the Covid virus and the dangers of the Covid vaccine. This attack with a virus went primarily unchecked and unquestioned by doctors and nurses on their watch!!!
