Medical supply chain disruptions saw many without health care at the worst points of the COVID-19 pandemic. How can we boost immunity now to be ready for the next outbreak?

As an intensive-care doctor, Roger Seheult battled COVID-19 at the front lines of the pandemic, where he saw the power of sunlight and other natural means to restore patients’ health.

On “Vital Signs with Brendon Fallon,” he offers scientific proof that green spaces, tree phytoncides, sauna, and hydrotherapy fight infection.

“Anything that can even artificially increase the body temperature is going to shut down viral replication, maybe not 100 percent, but certainly reduce it significantly,” says Seheult.
