I can train anywhere with calisthenics, especially in a nice and quiet area. Our modern world is noisy. Therefore, why not train in a way that will give you peace?

In the video, you'll see me doing Lat Levers, and hamstring curls both using the gymnastics rings. Muscle building rep ranges 8-12 with 4-5 minute interest rest.
