It's a beat'em up game and I like this one more than streets of rage 1 & 3.

Mr.X is back he kidnapped the black guy whose name I don't remember so axel, blaze, his younger brother skate and Max team up to take down Mr.X and rescue skate's older brother.

Since this is the Japanese version of you pause the game and have Blaze do a jump kick you can see her panties 😉😉😉
