$35 Question Is a Nipper job the same as a TA job

Today’s $35 question is about the differences between the Nipper job and a TA job. One is a full time production mining job and the other is short term (3 days, 3 weeks etc.) maintenance job. Both have their pros and cons but are not the same job.

As always it pays to know how the system works to take advantage of it. Knowing how the mine works, is the skill all the employers want, that most New Starters over look when trying to get their first job.
