DINNER ROLLS
2 packages dry active yeast (41/2 tsp)
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 cups milk, heated
1/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, room temperature
8 cups bread flour (approximately)

Mix yeast, 2 tablespoon sugar and warm water and set aside.

Heat milk
In a mixing bowl combine heated milk, oil, sugar, salt and eggs
Beat in 2 cups bread flour
Add the yeast mixture
Add the rest of the flour, knead to make a soft dough

Let rise until double in size
Put out in pans, brush the top with butter/margarine and let rise again

Bake 350* 20-25 minutes

Brush tops with butter/margarine
