NEXT LEVEL WHISKEY SOUR.

Strictly speaking, it’s a Boston Sour. The difference is the egg white. While an original Whiskey Sour is mixed without egg white, adding egg white turns it into a Boston Sour.

Therefore, I can only recommend to every bartender: Ask your guest. He or she will undoubtedly feel appreciated in any case. Provided the guest knows the difference. If not, you have a conversation topic.

Recipe:
60ml-2oz YOUR FAVORITE WHISK(E)Y
30ml-1oz LEMON OLEO SACCHARUM
15ml-0.5oz LEMON JUICE
1 EGG WHITE or other FOAMER
2 dash AROMATIC BITTERS

Reverse shake: Shake all ingredients with large ice cubes. Fine strain back into shaker and dry shake.

Pour without strainer into ice filled rocks glass. Express a lemon peel over your drink and garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.
