Vax is a Bioweapon

I've known this for a long time but this guy sums it up quite nicely. They want to get the population down to 500 mil. There are more humane ways to do this, such as encouraging birth control programs and allowing people to live peacefully. When you stress a species, they want to reproduce more. But the psychos that be, want to bring the pop down in the most cruel ways such as plagues, wars, famines, etc.
