I love Smallville. I know the show isn't perfect, but I can't put into words how much this version of Clark Kent and Superman means to me. Smallville was a show that helped shape me as a person, during a time when morality and the questions of living in the world were overwhelming to me. Because I have such a connection to Tom Welling's version of Clark Kent, I wanted to take a look at his statements on the original planned ending of Smallville's season 10. This would have changed the entire ending of the Smallville series finale and would have focused much more on Superman, himself. I'm not sure what I prefer. While I would have loved to see more Superman, I'm also not sure if the budget of this show could have supported these lofty scenes and the better looks at Superman that it sounds like they would have been going for. #smallville #superman #dccomics
