Episode 26: Seeking Daylight

Judy, desperate to protect the child, insists Humphrey take the baby and create a diversion while she stays behind to cover their escape. Humphrey, calm and focused, reassures her and takes the child to safety as distant gunfire intensifies.

As Mark and Vinny arrive in an SUV, they urge Judy and the wounded Chad to flee, warning that staying is suicide. Inside the vehicle, Chad, groaning in pain, reflects on missed opportunities and hints at a deeper connection with Judy, but she remains conflicted and uncertain about their future.

On the drive, Mark questions the motives behind the attack, speculating about the shooters, the Swiss Guard, and the flash drive’s true purpose. Vinny dismisses his doubts, urging him to focus on moving forward, even as Mark wrestles with the bigger picture and their role in the chaos.
