GTA Online (PC) Cayo Perico Prep Equipment Mission Cutting Torch

I'm going through the prep missions so I can do the weekly challenge for Cayo Perico. If you're following along with my method and also going for the Cat Burglar Elite challenge, this mission will take you to one of three possible construction sites you can either find the nearby disguise and go in quiet or do like me and go in loud. Loud to me is quicker and since I was on a time crunch blast everyone away and go to each toolbox until you find the cutting torch.
