Easy Recipe to follow - How To Smoke a Chuck Roast On A Pellet Smoker

In this video I show you how to Smoke a Chuck Roast On A Pellet Smoker. This is a Easy Recipe to follow, and a streamlined video of the entire process.

-Throughout the whole cooking process be sure and check the internal temperature of the meat with the thermometer. The final product should be between 200 and 205°. Once it reaches these temperatures it is done cooking and pull it off the grill even before the cook is completely finished. You do not want to overcook the meat.
-Preheat to 250 and let the grill warm up for 15 minutes.
-Cook for two hours and then spritz with apple cider vinegar.
-Cook for another hour and 1/2 and spritz with apple cider vinegar.
-Turn up the grill to 275 and spritz with apple cider vinegar.
-Cook for an hour and ½.
-Take the Chuck roast off of the grill and wrap it in foil spritz with apple cider vinegar.
-Put the roast back on the grill and cook for another hour and ½.
-Open up the foil to make a boat shape around the meat and then cook for another 30 minutes.
-Let the meat rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
-Enjoy!
