Rep. Glenn Grothman strongly recommends GOP lead charge on welfare reform

Representative Glenn Grothman (R-WI) says Republicans should have made welfare reform a campaign issue this past election. “When I talk to people back home, it irritates them because they believe there are a lot of people out there taking advantage of the system. As far as the moral future of the country, the current system discourages marriage, encourages a situation in which you only have one parent at home. I strongly recommend that the republicans in Washington take up welfare reform,” he says.
