For some customers a bicycle has sentimental value and it is cheaper to repair a bicycle than to buy a new one. In this case it was cheaper. Older bicycles depending on there condition are not that expensive to repair. The parts are cheap compared to new style components.
I sent links to the customer so they could buy the parts online. I make money from installation and repair service. I only sell parts with a service.
