Israel accuses intl. organizations of failing to increase aid delivery in Gaza

Shimon Freedman, spokesperson for the Israeli COGAT, tells CNN's Becky Anderson that Israel has not set any limits on aid to Gaza, calling instead for better distribution by international organizations.
