Zach & Vance sat down with the owner of the Redlinc BBQ food truck Brad Bentele. We discussed Brad's background growing up in Minnesota, attending the University of Minnesota, his families background in the restaurant business, how he got his start in the food truck business, purchasing a successful BBQ sauce line and all of the success he has had since moving to Nebraska.
