Basic Warmup and Technique Exercises

I go over my basic warm up routine and how it doubles as great technique practice. Warming up is important especially as I get older. I know from practice that I play better after a proper warm up, especially if I concentrate on pure accuracy during any exercise.

0:00 - intro
1:52 - 88 bpm exercises
3:48 - 100 bpm exercises
4:48 - exercises in higher register / upper frets for accuracy
6:30 - 120 bpm exercises
8:25 - 120 bpm 2 note per string run
10:35 - faster tempos, tremolo picking in time to metronome
13:49 - 1234 2341 3412 4123....chromatic run
15:06 - conclusion, thoughts
