In this video I will give you a basic foundation of calorie counting and metabolic rates. A lot of people may have heard of these things but it can sound way more intimidating than it actually is. Calories are the bodies unit measure of energy. Everything we ingest has this in turn which we use in our bodies for fuel. We have metabolic rates and in turn there are formulas one may use to calculate your own metabolic rates. By utilizing these tools, one can gauge and get an idea of how much their body is truly expending. Calorie counting is great for a beginning step to getting your health together and losing weight. It makes all the difference.
