An Ousted FEMA employee went public with news that FEMA approved of her decision to "avoid" Trump signs whlie operating in Florida after two hurricanes devestated the state. Marn'i Washington struck back at claims that her decision to avoid Trump signs was isolated, claiming that FEMA had a "colossal event of avoidance" that spread across FLorida and into the Carolinas. Gene Berardelli reviews the news to ask if Washington is a rogue employee or is FEMA making her a scapegoat?
