Archbishop of Canterbury resigns after years of ignoring child abuse

For 40 years, serial physical and sexual abuse by a volunteer at Christian summer camps went unnoticed by the Church of England. Despite being made aware of the situation in 2013, the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, took no action. He has now resigned from his position. RT’s Noluvuyo Kunge reports on the details.
