God is always with us, always wanting to be a part of the all of the everything of our lives. I am so grateful for God, our Father God, Who is, was and has been all in with us. He is good. I am so grateful today for His goodness. Sometimes a part of golf is waiting to tee off, especially when the course is in its busy season. God always finds those moments of waiting to speak to us, those quiet moments in-between where we are going and where we are waiting to go. God takes advantage of every moment He can get our attention to speak to us because He desires that personal relationship with us. God is so good in the way that He is constantly pursuing us. God is so good and it is hard to even wrap our minds around His goodness. I am so Awe-GOD grateful for His goodness and grace, the mercy of God that keeps pouring out to us, in that way in which we don’t deserve it, but He mercifully keeps drawing us to Him. Our Father God puts His whole heart into us, this is how good He is to us. Do we put our whole heart into our relationship with God? The goodness of God is all around us, He never leaves us nor forsakes us. God is always giving us those things that delight our soul. Golf is one of those things that delights my soul, it is a time of soul replenishment for me because I enjoy it. God has given me the time, the provision, the health, and the strength to play golf, as He cares so much about us, even to the little things that delight us and bring us pleasure, that is how good He is to us. God is good. God is good in the big things of our lives, and God is good even to the every day details of doing life with us. God is good! I am grateful for my Father God! Awe-God Grateful. How could we not love God with our whole heart? He loves us that way? We have God’s full attention. I am so grateful for that about our God. His goodness is pervasive in our lives, all around us, abundantly so. God loves us in that whole-hearted kind of way and desires that we would love Him that way too. Gratefulness expressed is such a beautiful thing to God because He knows that opens up the way of peace for our soul. Being grateful is a pathway to peace! How can we keep from being distracted so our whole heart is all in with God? It begins with being grateful. So today, think on these things and let your Awe-God gratefulness increase and speak that God gratefulness to Him in praise and thanksgiving. Worship God with your whole heart, be grateful to God. We are so thankful that God, our El Shaddai God, is our more than enough. He is so worthy of our grateful Awe. When we get up every morning we stand in Awe of God, and we know it will be a great day because God is about His Business, always with us, always for us, and He takes care of us well. God is always purposefully at work on our behalf, and finishes well for us. We are in Awe of God, because we know there is nothing half done that won’t be finished well, and with excellence. We have sweet thanksgiving awe for this character trait of our God, this faithfulness, this trustworthiness, fills our souls with thanksgiving awe. We should be Awe-GOD Grateful to have a God Who finishes well. We may not like His methods or the ways He gets us to the good finish for us, but there is joyful thanksgiving Awe and reverence for God, because we know by faith that we will not have a dead end, we will have a great finish. When we feel we don’t have enough, when we don’t have everything we want, when we have those long nights of sorrow in our soul, we know there is a mystery to our suffering, it is purposefully allowed and there will come an Awe-God Grateful morning that comes forth out of our nights of sorrow. Why? Because with Jesus Christ, the morning always comes and there are no dead ends, He finishes well, He is our God of enough. Why do we worship God? Is it because He is our Awe-GOD enough, the center of our life, and the all of our everything? Or is it because we have gotten to know Him, His character, His holiness, His righteousness? Or is it because we love Him, we love everything about Him, and we know without a doubt, that He is worthy of all of our Awe-GOD gratefulness and reverence. There is not much we go without. We are always provided for, we always have all that we need. Truly, Jesus is all that we need. When we know that deep inside our soul, no matter what test or trial we are growing through, we can run the race of faith, that reverent Awe-GOD kind of love that propels us forward in a sweet faith. We don’t worry about anything, we believe, and we have faith in God, because we know God is all about us, and is taking care of the all of our every thing. Thanksgiving is the attitude of our heart, as we know in faith that God is our Way-Maker and He does this well, we wholly-holy trust Him with our lives, and we can be about God’s business and serve His Kingdom because we know He is taking such good care of us. We are so blessed by God. The greatest blessing from God is His Presence. God is with us. Let that just sink into your reality of truth. God is with us. I am so grateful for this. Sometimes life is so good, sweet and joyful, but then there are those life seasons that are just so hard. I am in one of those life seasons where my faith is being stretched beyond what I think I can bear. Yet, the one thing that helps me the most is flipping my discontentment and grumbling to praise and gratefulness. I have found there is always something to be grateful for, that is how God rolls. There is always light in the darkness, the evil in this world can never extinguish the light of God’s hope. Because God is with me, I choose contentment, I choose happiness, I choose gratefulness. It is so sweet to walk with God, He is so good, so holy, so right and it is precious that He chose to be with us, a gift like no other. God is present in our lives and He is always on the move, looking for ways to purposefully encourage us. God loves us well. I had a really tough month last month and God knew I needed encouragement. So, He used a beautiful yellow rose bush to miraculously encourage me. In two weeks, that little yellow rose bush, that only bloomed a couple roses last year, doubled in size and was full of yellow roses! God knows us well, better than anyone else and He knows exactly what we need when we need it. What has God done to encourage you? I am sure it is a lot. I was so very grateful for the encouragement and my response was gratitude. It is pretty cool to go from being totally underneath all my troubles to praising God. That is what encouragement does. We should mirror God and be encouragers, so many people you run into each day need encouragement and who knows, they may be Your divine appointment for God to use you to be His encouragement to them.
